**Responsibilities**:

- Enter basic case information into the database while ensuring the correctness and completeness of data entry.
- Manage case documentation, such as filing, arranging, and preserving papers, methodically.
- Track and update case status for each case, ensuring deadlines are fulfilled and a seamless workflow is maintained.
- Inform facilitators and other team members of case deadlines, as well as any modifications or updates that occur.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with the program manager, including regular reports on the status of cases, problems, and other pertinent information.
- As needed, assist in meeting coordination, appointment scheduling, and calendar management.
- Collaborate with team members to find process improvements and contribute to the program's overall efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sensitivity and expertise.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school graduation or equivalent; further office administration certification or training is preferred.
- Proven administrative or clerical experience, ideally in a fast-paced workplace.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and database management.
- Data entry and document management require meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize assignments.
- Strong written and vocal communication abilities, as well as phone etiquette.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving talents and the abilityto adapt to shifting priorities are required.

Knowledge of case management systems or equivalent databases is advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $18.75-$21.00 per hour
