**Summary of Position**:
Expedite, communicate and ensure orders from suppliers are on time.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Live Core Values
- Expedite materials to meet production schedule
- Ensure lead times are met with suppliers on materials required for the production schedule
- Release and receive into ERP all raw materials from the cold storage
- Maintain up to date order status (in ERP system) all orders
- Timely internal communication regarding potential material shortages that will impact production
- Proactively identify potential delays and take necessary actions to minimize their impact on production schedules
- Carrier and Warehouse claim administration
- SQF and HACCP Accountabilities
- Seek continuous improvement to our programs and procedures.
- Accountable for ensuring there is coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Act within the company philosophy

**Ideal Qualifications**:

- 1+ years supply chain management experience preferable
- 1+ years manufacturing experience in food industry preferable
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
- Quality systems experience
- Administrative experience
- High School or greater degree
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
