In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, co-ordinating activities with other departments, and monitoring the movement of supplies and materials.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator, you will be the key contact between our warehouse, production units, and dispatching equipment. You will schedule assignments, co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews, and ensure that orders are compiled and specifications are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize operational instructions and data to ensure efficient workflow
  • Plan and schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and control the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
