**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Analyst to be based in our Brampton location. This position is responsible for providing accurate customer insights and creating a strong alignment with the customer replenishment team while enhancing the use of digitalization and automation. The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will play an important role through support on reporting and driving actions to address root causes of supply flow variability with the customer.

**A day in the life of a Customer Supply Chain Analyst**:
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, your role will be crucial in optimizing supply chain operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve execution, resolve issues, and drive growth through data integration and forecasting.

**You will also**:

- Investigate supplier service levels COF (Case Order Fill) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and proactively prevent re-occurrence of issues.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance execution and flow, ensuring seamless operations.
- Lead internal and external meetings with a proactive and solution focused mindset.
- Align forecasts with customers for accurate demand planning and inventory management.
- Drive growth by providing insights for On Shelf Availability (OSA) and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize the shared value chain through customer-specific projects, enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
- Influence customer supply chain decisions to maximize profitability for both Nestlé and the customer.
- Take the lead in reducing operational costs and driving Nestlé volume through strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain scorecards for effective decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Identify shortages, analyze true demand, and implement measures to improve service levels.
- Proactively communicate with customers to avoid shortages or refusals, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining supply chain processes, fostering strong partnerships, and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**What will make you successful?**

**You will also**:

- Possess a University Degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or logistics
- Minimum 2 year's experience in customer service, physical logistics, demand/supply planning or other areas of supply chain.
- Demonstrable record of success in supply/value chain optimization
- Highly developed analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with demonstrated professionalism and confident style as it relates to customer interaction
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills, and focus on building strong internal and external business relationships
- Advanced experience in MS Excel & PowerPoint
