Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of driving revenue growth is an asset, but not a requirement. If you are a strong automotive sales person ready to make the next step in your career, this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
