**Job description**

Chillin' Buds is a small business that is looking for a personable, hardworking, experienced individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies and equipment needs
- Provide general administrative support to management as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Provides a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Required Skills**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient with: MS Word, Excel, Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written communication skills
- Instagram an asset, Canva an asset but not mandatory
- Vehicle (valid Ontario licence)

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (salary based on experience)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or college diploma, or High School Diploma
