We’re looking for a passionate and creative marketer to join us as our very first marketing hire. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our brand from the ground up. You’ll drive our e-commerce strategy, launch innovative online advertising campaigns, build relationships with influencers, engage with our social media community, and develop compelling organic content that captures the imagination of our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google/YouTube to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee e-commerce strategies and operations on platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, ensuring seamless user experiences and continuous growth in sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products/services and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze social media channels, ensuring proactive engagement, trend spotting, and timely response to customer inquiries or feedback.
- Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Prepare regular reports on digital growth metrics and KPIs, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with online advertising on Meta and Google/YouTube.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
- Strong experience in social media management and influencer outreach.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of emerging social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- Experience with Kickstarter and Indiegogo is a plus.

**Responsabilités clés**
Développer, gérer et optimiser des campagnes publicitaires en ligne sur Meta (Facebook, Instagram) et Google/YouTube pour maximiser la portée, l’engagement et les conversions.
Superviser les stratégies et opérations de commerce électronique sur des plateformes telles que Shopify et Amazon, en garantissant une expérience utilisateur fluide et une croissance continue des ventes.
