We are currently looking for a tech-savvy **Digital Growth Manager** with superior e-commerce and digital marketing skills.
Reporting to the Head of International Markets, you are responsible for coordinating paid and unpaid marketing initiatives in your market with the objective of growing brand awareness and sales across a portfolio of brands.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform market research and competitor analysis;
- Manage local social media channels, taking into account retailer and distributor sales objectives;
- Implement PPC strategies to grow brand awareness and conversions, including Google Search, Display, YouTube and Facebook paid marketing campaigns;
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console;
- Plan a dedicated marketing budget and monitor marketing spend accordingly;
- Coordinate non-digital marketing activities in the market, including in-store shop fits, events and public relations;
- Partner with other departments across the company, including sales and marketing teams, as well as external stakeholders such as retailers and distributors.
**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, terminology and experience working with transactional and non-transactional websites
- Strong Excel and analytical skills needed
- Knowledge of Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms (Google and Facebook certifications are a strong asset)
- Adaptable, self-reliant, solution-oriented and strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment
**Experience**:
- 3+ years experience in some combination of e-commerce, social media and paid digital marketing
- B2C marketing experience (an asset)
- Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and similar third-party campaign management tools
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify content management systems (an asset)
- Experience living in or working in international markets (an asset)

Se rapportant au Chef des Marchés Internationaux, vous serez responsable de coordonner des initiatives payées et non-payées dans votre marché avec l’objectif d’augmenter la notoriété de la marque et les ventes à travers un portfolio de marques.
**Responsabilités**:
- Effectuer des analyses de marché et de la compétition;
- Gérer les médias sociaux locaux tout en considérant les objectifs de ventes des détaillants et distributeurs;
- Mettre en place des stratégies PPC pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et les conversions, incluant les campagnes marketing payantes sur Google Search, Display, YouTube et Facebook;
- Surveiller la performance des campagnes avec les outils comme Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager et Search Console;
- Planifier un budget marketing spécifique et vérifier les dépenses régulièrement;
- Accroître et vérifier l’impact des canaux de commercialisation locaux tel que Mailchimp;
- Coordonner les activités marketing non-digitales dans le marché, incluant les ajustements en magasin, événements et relations publiques;
- S’associer aves les autres départements à travers la compagnie, incluant les ventes et marketing, ainsi que les partenaires à l’externe tels que les détaillants et distributeur
