Test Lead/Analyst (Fulltime)

The Test Lead/Analyst will participate as a member of the core project team and will report to the HRM Project Manager. Key responsibilities associated with this role include the development test plans and processes, creation of a testing framework and creation of test scenarios, test cases, test tracking and reporting tools as well as the coordination and management of the testing process.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Development and maintenance of test plans and processes for each stage of testing throughout the project lifecycle.Leading test planning and preparation workshops.
- Leading the development of test scenarios, test cases and test data sets required to validate the solution.
- Coach and support project team members and business stakeholders in the development of test cases.
- Builds/implements test tracking and execution tools enable test progress monitoring, reporting and defect tracking and resolution.
- Captures, tracks, and facilitates remediation of testing issues and defects.
- Performing testing gap analysis, testing assessments, documenting risks, and identifying mitigating strategies.
- Identifying and supporting the creation of testing data requirements.
- Leading System and Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Communicating testing related risks and issues to the Project Manager.
- Developing test summary reports and test results reports for each stage of testing for theproject.

**Qualifications and Experience Considerations**:
**Demonstrated experience as a project lead/test lead on an ERP project.**
**Project management experience.**

Previous experience with scheduling and time reporting systems considered an asset.

Previous experience working with Public Sector. Past project experience with Canadian municipality considered an asset.
