In this role, you will engage in client-focused projects, collaborating closely with our delivery and sales teams to provide top-tier solutions to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Document current and future state process mapping.
  • Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents, encompassing both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate in the formulation of test plans and test cases.
  • Establish reporting and alerting requirements.
  • Develop integration plans for implementing system changes into existing environments.
  • Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
  • Manage change and support process management for new technology delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions, interviews, and analyses to pinpoint areas for process and systems enhancement.
  • Effectively communicate key insights and findings to the client team.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business, computer science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
  • CBAP certification or a willingness to obtain it.
  • Proven track record in business requirements analysis, group facilitation, gap analysis, and process mapping and design as part of business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a formal systems development lifecycle methodology environment, including artifacts such as functional and detailed design documents, business use cases, and requirements traceability.
  • Strong ability to build consensus among process stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience collaborating with business experts and technical subject matter experts at all levels.
  • Experience in a client-based consulting role is highly desirable, with specific referenceable project experience in areas such as data management, analytics, asset management, GIS, data center, AMI, ERP, CRM, or ASAP.
  • Experience in the public sector or government is a plus.
