- What you will do:

- Support service centers to create opportunities and make appointments with customers
- Use active listening to establish a relationship of trust with customers
- Offer the products and services best suited to the customer's situation to convert these opportunities into appointments
- Update customer files and enter the necessary information accurately
- Provide ad hoc support for other departments according to operational needs
- Do you have the skills we are looking for?
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) mandatory
- Experience in a call center context
- Ease of learning new software
- Team working
- Like diversity in tasks and take on challenges
- Be autonomous, reliable and punctual
