**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, tracking, and analyzing content across a variety of platforms including digital, print, and social. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to take complex concepts and turn them into digestible pieces of content for a technical audience.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create (write & edit) content for a variety of platforms and campaigns, including web, social media, blog, and print.
- Develop and expand on our current content strategy to increase brand awareness and generate top of funnel activity to support growth targets.
- Support internal teams by creating collateral and sales enablement tools.
- Work closely with digital marketing to evaluate and implement SEO/keyword tactics into content strategy.
- Plan and execute social media strategy and presence across channels to expand our reach and engage our targeted audience.
- Closely measure and analyze specific content KPIs/metrics to optimize our content strategy. Perform A/B testing to leverage customer intent.

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education, specializing in Marketing, communications or related discipline.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in writing/journalism, marketing, or content related role.
- Experience writing and optimizing content with keywords and SEO.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media management tools, marketing automation tools and project management tools.
- A creative thinker who has a keen eye for design.
- Superior writing/editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, automation or engineering will be considered a strong asset.
- Experience working with or within a B2B environment is ideal.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A self-starter who can take a task and run with it You aren’t afraid to share ideas and make suggestions for improvement.
- You can confidently interact and engage with a variety of personalities to elicit information and feedback.
