Marketing Communications Specialist

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing written material such as reports, briefs, and website content. You will also act as a spokesperson for the organization, advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material, as well as co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Your duties will also include gathering, researching, and preparing communications material, preparing sports, literary, performance, or other contracts, conducting analytical marketing studies, and conducting social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends. You will also deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia, and maintain and manage digital databases. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material
  • Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
  • Maintain and manage digital databases

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
