Greet and direct various stakeholders (customers, guests, suppliers...) upon their arrival in the building;
- Direct stakeholders to the appropriate person and/or office;
- Answer, screen and transfer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette;
- Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access via the front desk;
- Maintain recall list and coordinate replacements for absences during his/her shift;
- Receive and distribute office supplies according to established procedures;
- Maintain inventory of office supplies;
- Perform various clerical and/or administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, faxing; posting, communication, etc.)
- Support the management team in various tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;
- Support his/her team in achieving common goals;
- Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information;
- Maintain a welcoming front desk.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or other relevant diploma (Administration, secretarial...)
- Additional training in office automation (an asset);

**Experience required**
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, office staff or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., complete phone system, fax machines and printers);
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required);
