Assist HR advisors in human resources management.

Collaborate with the preventive maintenance team to validate the compliance of our technicians with our clients.

Take responsibility for managing client platforms to ensure compliance with our clients.

Coordinate training activities for employees.

Create and maintain employee records.

Participate in the development of various HR tools and programs.

Keep HR standards, policies, procedures, and programs up to date.

- Certificate, AEC, DEP and/or relevant experiences
- Mastery of MS Office tools
- Ability to research information and write texts
- Organizational skills and thoroughness
- Have a concern for confidentiality and professionalism
- And above all, be a team player
