Human Resources Coordinator

**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
**What will your main responsibilities look like?**
In this role, you will be led to:
- Respond to internal and external HR inquiries, requests and questions and provide assistance, escalating to the right person when required.
- Ensure administrative management of various programs and complete/validate or provide required documents/forms (EAP, SST, benefits, SPP, government surveys, SOC audits, etc.).
- Maintain records of employee data (personal information, changes in status or working conditions, etc.) on files and in the database, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Perform various follow-ups and tasks related to the employee life cycle (maternity leave, confirmation of employment, service anniversaries, SPP membership, etc.).
- Gather, produce and summarize reports to share with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments or functions (payroll, finance, etc.), as required.
- Actively participate in various Human Resources optimization projects and activities.

- You have a good knowledge of HR processes and best practices;
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently;
- Your discretion, diplomacy and irreproachable work ethic are fundamental to your skill set;
- You are able to handle several files at the same time, in a constantly changing environment that can result in pressing demands and tighter deadlines;
- You are able to synthesize and analyze information, and demonstrate excellent judgment.
- You have a technical diploma in administration or a related field; additional training in human resources management is considered an asset, OR a combination of relevant experience in human resources;
- You have at least five (5) years’ experience as an HR technician or in another relevant position in human resources/administration;
- You have the knowledge of employment conditions in Canada and the United States;
- You have an excellent command of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint);
- You have experience of HR databases and HRIS systems, ADP being an asset;
- You have excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English—and French-speaking employees, colleagues and internal and external partners across Canada.
