**About the Role**:
As an HR Coordinator at Access Signs, you will play a pivotal role in our HR department, supporting various functions related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and implement training programs, manuals, and materials to support employee development and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act in a supporting role for all performance evaluations as well as disciplinary notices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management systems.
- Promotes organizational jobs and develops staffing and job retention strategies.
- Classify and evaluate positions.
- Manages staff development, language training, health, safety and wellness programs.
- Organizes and conducts information meetings.
- Coordinates compensation and benefits services.
- Negotiate collective agreements.
- Ensures good relationships between staff and management.
- Participate in committee meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Pay: $35,858.83-$65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
