University or College graduate.
- Provide first level technical support to existing client base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting skills with Operating Systems, Microsoft Office apps, etc.
- Troubleshoot Spyware and Viruses.
- Install and Troubleshoot Windows operating system.
- Desktop Imaging and user profile configuration on the domain.
- Install and troubleshooting printer issues.
- Basic networking troubleshooting for wired/wireless networks.
- Capable of working independently and, at the same time, working based on the technical guidelines defined by the company.
- Ability to perform customer service either on site, via telephone support or remote access.
- Willingness to upgrade his/her own business and technical skills through advancement.
- Maintain business and technical documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer-focus soft skills.
- Readiness to work after business hours when needed.
- Travelling would be required between office and client sites.
- Having own vehicle and clean driving record an asset.

Pay: $41,135.81-$49,493.40 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5T 2H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
