The **Bilingual Content Manager** is responsible for **managing the content** used to train our customer support AI agents and **providing comprehensive knowledge articles** for employees. This role aims to **empower customers** to self-serve in our help center. We are looking for a **talented writer** who can **produce engaging and informative content **across various platforms.

Location: Montréal, Québec (_In office_)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**: Design and implement multilingual content strategies to align with brand goals and enhance customer support.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Craft, curate, and oversee the production of high-quality content, ensuring consistency in tone and voice across languages.
- **Knowledge Base Management**: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles for both employees and customers in the help center.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor the effectiveness of content and support campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective customer support.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English and French**. Spanish is a plus.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3 years **in content management, with strong writing skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging content strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the furniture or home decor industry, an asset.
- Experience with Zendesk Guide.
- Experience with project management and collaborative tools is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
