HR Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team which includes but is not limited to preparing various documents and letters, analyzing data and preparing reports, and assisting in the development of presentation decks for various HR projects and initiatives.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process including drafting job descriptions, posting requisitions, sourcing and triage of CVs, phone screenings, etc.
- Act as a point of contact and key resource for employees in dealing with a broad range of HR policies and procedures ensuring requests and/or issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Main point of contact for our HRIS, updating and maintaining digital employee files to ensure accuracy
- Support all onboarding & offboarding activities for employees including benefits administration, criminal background checks, references, perform orientation sessions, and exit interviews
- Assist in the performance management cycle, supporting the HR Team in the goal setting and year-end processes
- Partake in internal committees (social, health & safety)
- Other payroll or HR related projects as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, or equivalent.
- +1 year of Human Resource experience.
- Strong communication skills in French and English, spoken and written.
- Experience working in a professional services environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with HR Systems such as Ceridian Dayforce is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suites (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter with a service-oriented attitude that will encourage continuous improvement of service and performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outstanding level of integrity that will gain the trust and respect of staff and managers.
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a demanding, high paced environment.
