We are looking for a responsible person to maintain solid customer relationships, and managing our company’s general administrative and clerical tasks.

Permanent, full-time position

**Duties**:

- Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times,
- Processing customers’ orders in timely manner and prepare all needed documentation,
- Updating customers on the status of their orders by communicating issues related to the timely delivery of their orders and offering first call resolution to customers.
- Maintaining updated customer records.
- Drafting monthly sales/ shipping status reports,
- Supporting in day-to-day operations,
- Providing backup to Office Manager for all non-managerial tasks during absences or vacations; and
- Carrying-out administrative duties as required.

**Education, Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required,
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English,
- Strong listening and presentation skills,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- Fast learner / Pro-active,
- Proficient in Word, Excel.
- Strong phone presence
- Previous experience is an asset.

Objectif du poste : Gérer et agrandir des relations solides avec les clients, aborder les problèmes et les résoudre de manière rapide et efficace.

**Fonctions**:

- Maintenir une attitude positive et professionnelle envers les clients à tout moment,
- Traiter les commandes des clients et préparer les documents nécessaires,
- Informer les clients de l'état de leurs commandes en communiquant les problèmes liés à la livraison de leurs commandes,
- Offrir une résolution au premier appel aux clients et transmettre les plaintes des clients au directeur général, si nécessaire,
- Ouvrir des comptes clients en enregistrant les informations relatives aux comptes, et maintenir les dossiers des clients en mettant à jour les informations relatives aux comptes.
- Rédiger des rapports mensuels sur les ventes et les expéditions,
- Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes,
- Fournir un soutien au directeur général pour toutes les tâches non managériales pendant les absences ou les vacances,
- Classement de bureau et autres tâches de base, selon les besoins.

**Qualifications, compétences et expérience**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou études équivalentes requis,
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais,
- Compétences solides en matière d'écoute et de présentation,
- Capacité d’effectuer plusieurs tâches, à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps efficacement,
- Apprentissage rapide / Proactif,
- Maîtrise des logiciels Word et Excel.
- Forte présence au téléphone
- Une expérience antérieure est un atout.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
