**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a customer-focused and hardworking Sales Support Associate who works closely with our sales team and reports into Client Success. This person is looking to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing organization where you will develop a wide range of experience and be at the core of the company’s growth. Again, this role works closely with our sales teams and has the opportunity to become a transitional role to sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Success Support
- Respond to customer inquiries related to our products and general information in a timely manner.
- Manage inbound requests and inquiries from our clients while providing exceptional client experience.
- Proactively offer solutions and provide feedback for improvement opportunities of processes and products.

Sales Support
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with the sales team, customers and the product managers by having interest in the organization’s goals, challenges, day-to-day sales activities and other related concerns to the sales team members.
- Provide ongoing professional support to both the internal and external sales team by scheduling new client appointments, following up with clients on missing documentation and information and interacting with clients on various other sales inquiries.
- Maintain client related information on our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure up to date records.
- Co-ordinate sales events and campaigns across various territories.
- Support the sales team on the sales strategy execution and business plan review and implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of undergraduate degree in relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Business Management, etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar support role is an asset.
- Must be an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Successful completion or projected completion of the CSC course.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Office365 is a requirement. Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French) written and spoken is an asset.
