This role sits within LBC Tech, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.

**Responsibilities**:
º As functional manager of IAM Processes, you will lead a team of security specialist to deliver on the Bank's strategic IAM initiatives.

º Develop and maintain IAM Strategy and strategic planning of IAM Program

º Lead the functional team to translate IAM Strategy and agreed strategic IAM Program goals into tactical and actionable roadmap for IAM Processes. Drive the functional team to execute on the roadmap and deliver on our commitments

º Manage a local team of Cybersecurity analysts responsible for IAM Processes

º Ensure the local team exceeds our stakeholder expectations with exceptional service and ensure our SLA's are met or exceeded. Establish continuous monitoring of performance metrics and leverage metrics to drive process improvements

º Drive local team members toward achieving team goals - "beyond the normal BAU" - including process improvement, continuous risk reduction, and excellent service.

º Partner with key business stakeholders within the Bank (HR/Internal Audit/Enterprise Risk and Compliance) for the relevant IAM Processes to improve the quality of IAM service delivery as well as the compliance posture within the Bank

º Provide guidance and direction on access controls and IAM practices to stakeholders

º Instill "one team" mindset and effective collaboration to team members

**Qualifications**:
º Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required

º Broad and deep background in all aspects of Identity and Access Management concepts, from HR driven processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver/User Access Revalidation), to IAM audit and compliance issues, privileged access management, role based access controls (RBAC), role engineering, including hybrid approach to role modeling and role mining

º Ability to summarize complex information to ensure efficient communication

º Bilingualism (French and English) not required, but considered an asset

º Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills and demonstrated ability to present at all organizational levels

º Demonstrated success as a change agent leading significant transformational initiatives in organizations

º Experience with audit and compliance, and the relevant IAM Processes

º Dynamic,hard-working and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills

º Strong leadership skills

º Knowledge of the banking and financial sectors

º Certifications in one or more of the major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

º Demonstrate analytical mindset with strong affinity for problem solving in complex environments

º Influence the Bank's strategic orientation by implementing technological solutions that optimize the quality of services and operations

º Ensure solutions being proposed are viable and balance strategic and tactical goals, and meet project budget and timelines

º Perform analysis to understand the impact of changes to upstream and downstream systems

º Work closely with Solution, Infrastructure and Data architects to ensure all facets of architecture are being considered

º Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills required to clearly articulate and explain the proposed solution to senior stakeholders

º Experience with license and capacity planning

º Work closely with vendors for outsourced solutions. Review vendor solutions and recommendations
