- Sales Department
- The sales team is a vital part of our organization. They are the pillar that supports our clients throughout the sales process and for the duration of their contract with Vantage. Moreover, members of the sales team interact with many of the client’s employees, from senior managers to the engineers on site. Internally, the sales team oversees how the construction, operations, and finances teams collaborate to make sure that everybody is on the same page as to the client’s vision and objectives. Our team is also responsible for communicating with public service providers, network providers, brokers, industry analysts, and more. All while making sure Vantage is well positioned in the industry to reach our sales objectives.
- Position Description
- Vantage is looking for an ambitious, resourceful Sales Coordinator who’s able to oversee the sales team’s various projects and manage day-to-day tasks. These include organizing meetings, overseeing the production of reports, following up with members of the team, and supervising client communication tools. This involves working side by side with the Senior Sales Director, members of the team, as well as Vantage’s various internal teams. The Sales Coordinator will also need to assist with sales activities and those designed to support the clients, director, and members of the team.

Essential Job Functions- Support the Senior Sales Director and team members-
- Oversee and manage individual tasks related to client support-
- Manage the agenda and timeline for teams and plan meetings-
- Coordinate project completion and produce the necessary transfer documentation-
- Take part in meetings and ensure any measures discussed are implemented- Duties- Prepare the agenda and documents for weekly meetings and ensure measures discussed are implemented-
- Help members of the team produce documents for projects-
- Follow up on critical elements and deliverables-
- Assist the director in preparing updates and monthly reports-
- Oversee any additional tasks occasionally assigned from time to time by the Senior Sales Director- Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience-
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Project Coordinator-
- Experience in a data centre, asset-
- Organizational skills, outgoing personality, ability to learn quickly-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Ability to manage several projects at once and prioritize-
- Bilingual, English and French, required-
- Experience with Microsoft Office-
- Experience with Outlook calendar function, required-
- Experience with SharePoint, asset-
- Travel time estimated to be less than 10% of working hours but can increase and change over time.-
