**Description:
**Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects, supervising and guiding junior project managers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders in both English and French.
- Use software tools such as TPL, P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other relevant tools to manage project schedules, resources, and budget.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with project health and safety, quality, and environmental practices, working closely with operational and corporate H&S and Quality teams.
- Perform any other task of the same nature or of a general nature related to the job, requested by his superior or required by his duties.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering and Management, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
- PMP certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a strong background in project management.
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in using TPL, P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other relevant construction management tools.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding and supporting junior project managers.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities.
