Gestionnaire projets MS&T

Location : Baie D’Urfé, Canada; Hybride; 37,5h/semaine

Description de poste:
Le Gestionnaire de projets MS&T (Manufacturing Sciences & Technology) aura à gérer l’ensemble des activités requises afin d’effectuer les lancements et/ou les transferts de produits en rencontrant les objectifs fixés (date, coûts, amélioration, etc ) à l’usine de Montréal ainsi qu’en collaboration avec les filiales, les Opérations et la SIG.

Principales responsabilités
- Élaborer la planification des activités-projet afin d’assurer le succès du projet selon les différents scénarios possibles.
- Coordonner l’ensemble des activités requises (transfert de méthode, calcul PRI, validation, recherche/choix des fournisseurs, approbation « artworks », conformité règlementaire, confirmation de la cédule de production, etc.) afin d’effectuer les lancements de nouveaux produits et le transfert de produit nouveaux sur le site de Baie-d’Urfé ; cela en rencontrant les objectifs de date et de coûts ;
- Assurer une communication efficace avec tous les intervenants internes et externes et assurer que tous les départements disposent de l’information qui leur est requise relativement aux produits ou activités à effectuer ;
- Assurer la gestion des coûts des projets ;
- Effectuer la mise-à-jour du tableau de bord, des indicateurs, etc., afin d’indiquer l’état d’avancement des différents projets.
- Communiquer sur une base régulière l’état d’avancement des projets aux différents intervenants (internes et externes) ainsi qu’à la direction.
- Participer à l’élaboration des exercices budgétaires de l’usine et du MS&T.

Exigences de base:

- Diplôme universitaire en Sciences ou en Génie
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le développement, transfert et lancements de nouveaux produits produit dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou cosmétique.
- Formation en Gestion de Projets sera considérée comme un atout important
- Capacité à planifier, négocier, coordonner et intégrer des projets.
- Habiletés démontrées d’analyse et de synthèse. Bon sens d’organisation.
- Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Connaissances informatique: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, MS-Project.
