Project Manager MS&T

Location : Baie D’Urfé, Canada

Description de poste:
Gérer l’ensemble des activités requises afin d’effectuer les lancements et/ou les transferts de produits en rencontrant les objectifs fixés (date, coûts, amélioration, etc ) à l’usine de Montréal ainsi qu’en collaboration avec les filiales, les Opérations et l’équipe globale

Principales responsabilités
- Élaborer la planification des activités-projet afin d’assurer le succès du projet selon les différents scénarios possibles.
- Établir en collaboration avec les autres services l’ordre de priorité des activités.
- Effectuer le suivi des différents livrables (internes et externes) afin de s’assurer que les jalons du projet sont respectés.
- Définir et assurer le respect du budget et de l’échéancier de chaque projet.
- Développer des outils pour assurer la gestion efficace de chaque projet.
- Effectuer la mise à jour des tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance.
- Identifier et communiquer (à l’interne et à l’externe) les différents risques reliés au projet.
- Évaluer les ressources nécessaires à l’accomplissement du projet.
- Préparer et présenter les chartes de projets et s’assurer de leur approbation par les Comités projets
- Communiquer sur une base régulière l’état d’avancement des projets aux différents intervenants (internes et externes) ainsi qu’à la direction.
- Animer les rencontres de suivi de projet.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5 ans en gestion de projets.
- Expérience dans une industrie pharmaceutique comme un atout Capacité à planifier, négocier, coordonner et intégrer des projets.
- Habiletés démontrées d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Sens de l’organisation.
- Autonomie, sens de responsabilités orienté vers le client.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à traiter simultanément plusieurs dossiers.
- Communicateur efficace à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Connaissance informatique : Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, MS-Project.
- Connaissance de base des systèmes ERP, un atout.
- Connaissance de base des GMP et des Affaires Réglementaires, un atout
