We are currently looking for Full-time **Membership Sales Manager** that enjoys engaging with the public to provide them insight and information on Mayfair Clubs dynamic facilities and offerings.

The **Membership Sales Manager** role is critical in building long-term member relationships for the retention and attrition of club members. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, mitigating controllable cancellations and improving overall customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Strategically booking tours of the facility, promoting new and existing club services and promotions
- Represent Mayfair Clubs at various events for lead generation and check in with members
- Work interactively with department Managers for sales and retention goals and collaborate on proactive approaches for member satisfaction
- Ensure membership sales are accurately record and provide regular updates to the GM regarding daily/weekly and monthly performance

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and management
- Previous sales experience with a proven track for achieving sales and retention targets
- Experience working in a fitness or similar industry is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and evening shifts
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills is a must, English is required, Mandarin is an asset
