We are currently looking for an extraordinary Junior Planner to join our passionate Unifiller Team. The individual will have a charismatic and dynamic personality along with relevant experience.

We are currently looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our high energy fast paced team. This individual should have great communication and be able to work within a diverse team. They will be responsible to coordinate and plan orders achieving exceptional customer service and on time delivery to our customers while balancing production constraints.

Primary Duties
- Plans and schedules daily work through assembly and supports weekly projects in specialty
- Coordinating the production schedule, Kanban release and monitors progress
- Coordinates machine assembly on time to project kits
- Create project schedules in Wrike with cross departmental teams and monitor weekly progress
- Project kit release and monitoring of assemblies, kits and purchase parts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and various departments to ensure projects are on track to hit the milestones required
- Monitor Production progress and rework requirements and ensure parts are kept on track
- Coordinates and creates jobs for RMA refurbishing and return to stock of machines and components
- Supports the continuous improvement initiative of the Operations group and Unifiller Systems
- Maintains safe work practices by using all safety procedures
- Carries out other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must have excellent organization skills to achieve multiple requirements and delivery dates
- Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and MRP process
- Must be Customer focused, understanding and adding value to both internal and external Customer relationships.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Microsoft Excel).
- Familiarity with Project management tool (MS Project, WRIKE, SmartSheet, etc.) would be an Asset
- Capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels using a variety of media. Listen effectively and draw information from others.
- Initiative - Demonstrates a proactive approach to improvement. Identifies opportunities, investigates them and acts without prompting.
- Problem Solving -Demonstrates the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions and implement them quickly and effectively.
- Decision Making - Consistently demonstrates the ability and willingness to make fact based decisions.
- Teamwork - Demonstrates a willingness to work with others to achieve organizational objectives. Shares knowledge and supports other team members

- Learn Unifiller’s products and Organizational structure
- Get to know the Production supervisors & purchasing team
- Be confident with pegging supplies & actioning items
- Understand core functions of Made to Manage
- Understand basics of Wrike
- Familiar with job order release and creation
- Understanding of priorities and communicating them

60 Day Goals
- Strong understanding of Made to Manage
- Be able to lead the production requirements daily
- Demonstrate good communication with purchasing
- Comfortable releasing and creating jobs
- Improve daily priority communication and resolve constraints within 5 day period
- Be able to see weekly demand for assembly and specialty

90 Day Goals
- Proficient in Made to Manage
- Proficient organizing daily assembly and project priorities
- Proficient in Wrike, be able to look up project timelines and engineers in charge
- Understand rework process and manage exceptions
- Drive Production on time delivery to 95%
- Be able to fully cover job release
