We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lease & Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in managing the lease administration process, ensuring accurate rent payments, reconciliation of CAM and taxes, and effective communication with landlords.

**Responsibilities**:
Process of Rent Payments:
- Obtain necessary lease information, review, set up, and process monthly rent, CAM, and realty tax payments in WD and Tango.
- Advise stores of their charges and maintain accurate databases.
Reconciliation of CAM and Taxes:
- Audit all occupancy reconciliations and track outstanding year-end reconciliations.
- Follow up with landlords to ensure accurate charges and adjust rent payments/accruals as needed.
- Communicate adjustments to stores.
Realty Taxes Assessment Review and Appeals:
- Work with third-party vendor to ensure fair assessments for our stores.
- Submit appeals for reduction in assessment/realty taxes where applicable.
Budget Management:
- Evaluate upcoming payments such as lease renewal bumps and plan budgets accordingly.
- Evaluate trends in reconciliations to plan/budget for annual increases in CAM and Taxes.
- Accrue payments accordingly.
Lease Abstraction Data:
- Ensure all lease obligations are recorded and shared among stakeholders.
- Track lease dates, set up relevant contracts, and monitor landlord’s obligations.
- Maintain and update accurate databases.
Property Administration:
- Communicate and liaise between landlords and stores for property management issues.
- Resolve disputes regarding non-compliance of landlord’s obligations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law.
- 5 years of experience in lease accounting and lease administration.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes with landlords.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and French preferred.
