**Accounts Receivable Clerk, part time**

**(Head Office, located in Delta, BC)**

The Company’s properties and projects span British Columbia, Alberta, and the Western United States.

**Summary**:
**About the Job/Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the AR ledger function and ensure correct posting of payments
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities with incoming payments;
- Prepare and deposit payments into the appropriate bank account, by both remote capture and through deposits at the financial institution
- Distribute credit card statements and post the expenses in a timely fashion
- Follow up with credit card holders regarding delinquent expense sheets.

**About You/Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years A/R experience
- An administrative Certificate or Diploma is a strong asset
- Knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using accounting software (Sage/ QuickBooks experience an asset)
- Approachable and professional in demeanor
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid team player and willing to help out where needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep many projects moving forward at once
