**Accounts Payable Clerk**

We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payable Clerk for our organization that will be based in our Delta, BC office. The Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for the processing of all installer’s labour bills for payment, ensuring review of all bills for accuracy and allocation to the proper general ledger accounts, reconciling statements and perform other related general accounting functions as and when required.

**Experience, Education and Training Requirements**
- Completion of post-secondary program in accounting
- Minimum 2-years accounting and reconciliation experience
- Exposure to Accounting software
- Exposure to on-line banking systems
- Time management/ priority management skills
- Proficient in the MS Office package, including Windows, Word, Outlook, Project and Excel
- Demonstrated commitment to honest and ethical business practices
- Positive outlook and takes pride in accomplishments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with members of other departments, peers and customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-32 per week

**Salary**: $29.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 32 per week
