**About the role**:
**What You Will Do**:
- Assist the Senior Licensing and Training Manager with Sales Agent Academy program while setting new hires up for success.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders within the business to ensure relevant training needs are met.
- Manage the administrative and induction training process for all employees, in particular new Sales Agents.
- Coach and guide new Sales Agents on all Harmonized Life License Qualification Program topics accommodating to various learning styles.
- Collaborate cross functionally to support the transition and integration of Sales Agents to Sales Advisors.
- Comply with industry regulatory requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of training material in line with business and regulatory requirements.
**What You Will Have**:
- 3+ years in insurance or strong knowledge of insurance regulation in the Canadian marketplace.
- Active LLQP license.
- A strong understanding of the Life License Qualification Program topics.
- Experience with coaching, training, teaching and team building.
- Experience in licensing & compliance is an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to create and deliver learning modules.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
