The People, Culture & Community team connects our mission of helping the planet to our people.
**About the Role**
Reporting into our People, Culture & Community leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to support the delivery our people and talent strategy, truly acting as a generalist within the people space. Your primary focus will be on people operations and talent acquisition, though you should be prepared to do it all. You will work within our people technology and infrastructure to support the full employee life cycle. You will be responsible for coordinating internal communications, keeping our people artifacts up to date, and you will become a true source of knowledge for our people practices. This role also drives and supports the talent acquisition process for many of our Nexii roles, acting as a full cycle recruiter, and partners with others on the People, Culture & Community team in support of recruitment and retention within Nexii.
This is a role to begin your people and culture career, and we are looking for equivalent and relevant skills for baseline knowledge. Or, you have direct experience and are looking for a unique challenge within a start-up/scale-up environment.
**You love**:

- A highly ethical demeanour and an ability to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion.
**Bonus points for experience with**:
Lever or similar ATS (applicant tracking system);
UKG Pro or equivalent HRIS;
Rise, Docebo, or similar learning platforms;
Engineering or the construction industry.
