**À propos de nous**:JA Coffee Inc. est une entreprise en pleine croissance d'importation et de distribution de café vert qui se spécialise dans la source de grains de café vert de spécialité provenant des Caraïbes, d’Amérique centrale / sud et du monde entier. Nous offrons des cafés verts de qualité avec un service dédié à nos clients torréfacteurs et partenaires. Située à Montréal, QC, nous opérons et stockons notre café vert et torréfié pour le marché nord-américain. Nous recherchons une personne hautement motivée et dynamique, passionnée par le café et prête à assumer plusieurs rôles pour grandir avec notre entreprise.
**Responsabilités**:
- Effectuer des recherches pour identifier les marchés potentiels et les préférences des clients pour les produits de café vert et torréfié.
- Identifier les marchés potentiels pour nos produits et maintenir les relations avec les clients.
- Développer des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et promouvoir/vendre efficacement les produits de café.
- Voyager pour rencontrer des clients potentiels, présenter les produits et transformer les prospects en ventes.
- Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les nouveaux clients et les clients existants, en assurant leur satisfaction et en explorant les opportunités de ventes supplémentaires.
- Utiliser l'outil CRM pour suivre les activités de vente et les données clients et analyser ces données pour améliorer les stratégies de vente.
- Gérer et optimiser les canaux de vente en ligne pour les produits de café.
- Présenter, promouvoir et vendre les produits de manière convaincante à des clients existants et potentiels.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes, les clients, les fournisseurs et les agences pour optimiser les ventes et la satisfaction des clients.
- Fournir un soutien aux membres de l'équipe selon les besoins, en faisant preuve de flexibilité et d'esprit d'équipe.
- Participer à des événements et des salons professionnels pour le réseautage et le développement commercial.
- S'engager dans un apprentissage continu sur l'industrie du café et les techniques de vente.
**Exigences**:
- Baccalauréat, ou supérieur en administration des affaires, marketing ou domaines connexes. Autres domaine d’études seront également considérés
- Expérience dans l'industrie du café au niveau barista, torréfaction ou commerce de café vert importante
- Passion et compréhension de l'industrie du café et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sont un atout considérable.
- 2 ans ou plus d'expérience en ventes B2B avec un historique de succès prouvé.
- Capacité à voyager pour le travail
- Permis de conduire valide
- Expérience dans la gestion de plateformes de commerce électronique (par exemple, Shopify) et utilisation d'outils tels qu'Excel et Google Docs
- Expérience avec des logiciels de gestion CRM tels que Salesforce, Pipedrive ou autres
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation
- Forte attention aux détails et à la précision
- À l'aise de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à rythme rapide
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en service client
- Attitude positive et esprit de croissance
- Disposition à apprendre et à s'adapter à de nouvelles responsabilités à mesure que l'entreprise se développe
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Des langues supplémentaires sont un atout.
**Rémunération**:
- Salaire de base entre 40K et 55K
- Structure de commission généreuse avec bonis de performance (possibilité salariale excédant 100K+/Année)
- Compensation pour l'utilisation du véhicule, de l'essence et des voyagements
- Téléphone cellulaire
- 3 semaines de vacances par année
