Service Coordinator, Bilingual

As a **Service Coordinator, Bilingual**, you will:
- Provide support to the service team/national projects
- Prepare service agreements (drafting and layout)
- Follow up files (customers/suppliers)
- Assign requests to technical team.
- Provide customer feedback
- Prepare invoices
- All other related tasks
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Autonomy
- Sense of priorities
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
- Proficient with Office suite
**Will be considered an asset**:
- Experience in customer service and office automation
- DEP/technical diploma in office automation, administration or related field
- Experience in structured cabling network or related field
**We offer**:
