**Legal Administrator**
The Legal Administrator will work in a fast paced, high transaction role, with prioritization and accuracy as the key qualifications. The role will require confidence in your in data review and ability to communicate efficiently. As part of the Legal team at Rohit Group you will see transactions from Sales Contract to Conveyancing.
**What will you do?**
- Provide comprehensive review of Home Sales Contracts, to identify any errors or omissions
- Communicate and track all necessary corrections to the Sales Team and escalate where appropriate.
- Act as the intermediary between multiple departments, internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist Sales Analyst and Market Analyst with updated pricing documents, including Price Lists, and Change Orders.
- Compile relevant sales information as directed.
- Maintain current reports on Traffic, Sales Volumes, Inventory Status, and other relevant sales documents.
- Document Management and maintenance of all contract documents.
- Coordinate possession timelines with the Sales, construction, and bookings teams.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Completion of a diploma, certificate, degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge in residential construction, an asset.
- Confidence in ensuring compliance with procedure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate or escalate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Desire for continuing education and personal development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit, specifically Excel.
