_MicroAge Technology Services (MTS) is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Mississauga. We are seeking a sales-focused, high-energy individual to make a positive impact and contribute to the growth and success of our company, employees, and customers._
- As a Business Development Representative “BDR”, which is an outbound sales position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for MicroAge’s Managed IT Services team._
- Although this position will be selling IT services you are not required to have a high degree of technical (IT) knowledge prior to beginning the role. The BDR position is an outbound sales role within our organization and lays the foundation necessary for sales success_
- **BDR Responsibilities and Objectives**_
- **Your first 3-6 months**:_
- _Learn the MTS target customer profile and messaging_
- _Learn the tools necessary to be successful_
- _Leverage any opportunities you can to learn the market and the business_
- _Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so_
- **Months 6-18**:_
- _Continue to build your core skills and industry knowledge_
- _Develop relationships with contacts at key accounts_
- _Consistently meet goals for introductory meetings for Business Development Managers_
- _Expand your knowledge of Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities_
- _Crush goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion_
- Compensation packages ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 + based experience and success._

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
