- Solutions aux commerçants TD (SCTD) est une entreprise unique au sein des Services bancaires aux commerçants, à l’avant-garde de nombreuses tendances émergentes dans le secteur financier, comme le commerce électronique, l’innovation en matière de paiements et les partenariats stratégiques. SCTD offre des solutions de paiement par carte à des points de vente (PDV) ou en ligne qui sont fiables, flexibles et faciles à utiliser à une clientèle composée de PME, de grandes entreprises et de clients commerciaux. SCTD est le seul acquéreur de commerçants entièrement détenu et exploité par une banque au Canada. Le département gère toutes les opérations d'acceptation de paiement par carte de débit et de crédit pour ses commerçants, de l’autorisation à la compensation et au règlement. Cette capacité de bout en bout est un avantage concurrentiel pour la TD qui lui permet de répondre à plus de besoins financiers de sa clientèle des Services bancaires aux entreprises.

- À titre de
- **Spécialiste en développement des affaires**, vous occuperez un important poste de vente axé sur les commerçants au sein de Solutions aux commerçants TD.
- L’objectif de Solutions aux commerçants TD est de doubler le nombre de clients de SCTD et des Services bancaires aux entreprises (SBE) entièrement fidélisés à la TD. Dans le cadre de cet objectif, nous commençons à déployer une stratégie d’affaires globale repensée.
- Dans le cadre de cette stratégie, vous serez une ressource clé dans l’exécution de nos tactiques d’acquisition. En tant que personne de confiance responsable des conseils en solutions de paiements liées aux ventes et au service, vous serez responsable des activités d’expansion des affaires dans le territoire qui vous est attribué, de l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et de la création d’un pipeline efficace d’occasions futures dans le segment des PME.

- **Spécialiste en développement des affaires,** vous devrez faire ce qui suit:
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente en offrant des conseils et un service exceptionnel à chaque commerçant et en collaborant avec le directeur régional des ventes pour maximiser les occasions dans le territoire attribué.
- Offrir un niveau de service exceptionnellement élevé et utiliser des techniques de vente efficaces pour positionner SCTD comme le meilleur choix pour les commerçants à chaque demande.
- Accroître les relations avec les nouveaux commerçants grâce à la génération de pistes de vente, à la prospection, aux propositions (y compris les demandes de proposition), à la négociation de contrats de bout en bout pour attirer de nouveaux clients.
- Développer un réseau d’affaires externe pour accroître les occasions et un réseau interne pour fidéliser entièrement les commerçants à la TD.
- Utiliser des techniques efficaces de développement des affaires et de gestion des relations pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente établis pour le territoire.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan d’affaires qui cadre avec les objectifs d’affaires de Solutions aux commerçants.
- Soutenir les stratégies et les activités visant l’amélioration de l’indice d’expérience de la clientèle (IEC) de Solutions aux commerçants.
**Exigences du poste**
- Posséder de l’expérience, de compétences solides en sollicitation à froid et un bon taux de conclusion.
- Posséder de l’expérience de travail à distance et avoir de la facilité à être autonome.
- Avoir de la motivation et posséder une éthique de travail irréprochable.
- Compétences éprouvées en développement des affaires et en gestion des relations.
- Connaissance approfondie du marketing, des ventes ainsi que des stratégies de développement et d’affaires.
- Expérience des outils de gestion des relations avec la clientèle, dont Salesforce en particulier.
- Capacité à motiver et à influencer les personnes à tous les niveaux d’une entreprise.
- Connaissance approfondie et expérience liée au secteur dans le domaine des acquéreurs de cartes de crédit, permettant de proposer des solutions complètes aux PME.
