**Location**: Mississauga, ON

**Purpose**:
Reporting to the Go to Market Manager, this role is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to execute against business goals and to problem solve challenges. This role contributes to the team strategy to achieve growth and sustain the Gay Lea Cooperative model by delivering results and excellence through a combination of strong analytical skills, cross functional relationships and exceptional execution abilities during business planning, new product launches and supply chain challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with key cross functional stakeholders to empower the organization with reliable insights and solution driven information to enable strong customer communications and to support execution of corporate priorities
- Responsible for Commercial Calendar Implementation and partnering with the sales team to set them up for successful execution of key building blocks (example Innovation launches and SKU rationalization)
- Manage vendor relationships and be the expert for select online systems (example GS1)
- Manage online information requirements to support the sales team with consistent messaging to drive online presence of Gay Lea Foods brands
- Utilize Technomic and Direct Link data sources to provide Foodservice Sales team with reports and quarterly presentations and on an adhoc basis to drive their go-to-market strategy
- Assist with the communications between cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service and planning. Leverage the cross functional relationships to be the voice of sales, resolve pain points and oversee the allocation process where required.
- Build strategic communication tools and templates to create consistent messaging that fosters a collaborative, efficient and effective culture
- Additional responsibilities as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Marketing courses an asset) or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working in a CPG Company or National Retailer
- Strong analytical skills coupled with experience in Account Management, Commercialization, Go-to-Market, Marketing or Category Management
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to inspire and influence others through story telling
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as working knowledge of syndicated data systems
- Self-motivated with high energy, ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects on time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with excellence
- Valid G driving license required
