About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Enhance customer journeys and increase conversation rates through planning, executing, and testing new strategies.
  • Plan and build out personalized automations to increase engagement and retention
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, CVR, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation
  • Knowledge of Canva, HTML & SQL is also a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for data and focus on business KPIs, to effectively prioritize projects based on potential business impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as this role is highly collaborative in nature across the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills to support juggling multiple projects in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Hands on experience & understanding of Dotdigital, Magento & Google Analytics a must
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with reporting results
  • Experience working in a "startup," fast paced style environment

Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
