We are growing again and need your help to get to the next level. The **Allen Auto Group** is looking for an experienced **Service Advisor** to join our Service Team. **The Allen Auto Group** consists of Amherst Chrysler, Atlantic Kia, Scotia Hyundai, Amherst Nissan, Rod Allen’s, and Albion Tirecraft Auto Center. We are passionate about automobiles, and with our dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive industry-leading customer service.

**As a valued member of our Service Department, you will**:

- Welcome Customers and discuss their Service needs
- Schedule service appointments with Customers
- Estimate the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Answering Customer inquiries in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates and make recommendations
- Prepare repair orders by detailing any vehicle mechanical issues

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong Communication skills, written and oral
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Critical thinker, organized, time management and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to interpret technical terms to Customers
