**About Us**

**About the position**
We are looking for an **Executive Assistant** to join our team and provide valuable support to our organization in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities are split between three functional areas:

- **Human Resources**:_
- Provide support to the global HR team and the organization.
- Maintain employee database and records of attendance and leaves.
- Provide high-level inquiry response on HR topics such as compensation and benefits, training, performance management, employee and labor relations, compliance, policy formulation, hiring and onboarding, and background check administration.
- Research and provide input on labour laws and practices to the HR Manager.
- **Marketing**:_
- Administer social media accounts for IHS.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization (SEO).
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data and prepare analytics-based reports on campaigns.
- Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors.
- **Office & Facilities**:_
- Act as the point of contact for IHS Executive team to support their daily agenda and operational matters. _(Discretion is a must for this position as this role will be handling sensitive business documents and will interact with stakeholders such as board members, institutional investors, government bodies, and business collaborators.)_
- Work with accounting team to prepare spending spreadsheet to support payroll and bookkeeping work.
- Provide timely and accurate support to internal and external clients and answer their queries about product specifications and uses.
- Update scheduled reports or create new/ad hoc reports and present them upon request.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English languages. Fluency in Cantonese will be a plus.
- Post secondary education in HR or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and labor laws.
- Experience in social media management and basic marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,078.58-$78,553.93 per year
