**Role**
Junior Inside Sales Support/Credits Customer Service representative will provide support to our sales team and process customer orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer calls and take orders
- Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries
- Advise customers on products
- Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed
- Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude
- Support the sales team both Canada and USA
- Process sales representative’s orders and returns
- Respond to customer calls and take orders
- Respond to customer questions regarding orders and deliveries
- Advise customers on products
- Resolve problems
- Process Sales Representative and warranty replacements credits
- Back up consignment recalls and returns
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience of customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) & Proficient in Verbal French and Fair in written French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain organized
- Professional and respectful attitude
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and Sales and support to team members
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
**Option to have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home)**

**Rôle**
Représentant junior du service à la clientèle du soutien aux ventes internes/crédits fournira un soutien à notre équipe de vente et traitera les commandes des clients.
**Responsabilités Principales**
- Répondre aux appels des clients et prendre les commandes
- Fournir aux clients toutes les informations nécessaires concernant les commandes et les livraisons
- Conseiller les clients sur les produits
- Résoudre les problèmes avec les clients et les transmettre au responsable si nécessaire
- Traiter les plaintes des clients avec une attitude professionnelle et respectueuse
- Soutenir l'équipe des ventes au Canada et aux États-Unis
- Traiter les commandes et les retours des représentants
- Traiter les crédits des représentants représentants et des remplacements sous garantie
- Soutenir le processus de Consignation et retour
- Minimum 1-2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (verbal et écrit) et maîtrise du français verbal et passable du français écrit
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de service client
- Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et à rester organisé
- Attitude professionnelle et respectueuse
- Engagement à fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients et aux ventes et soutien aux membres de l'équipe
- Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires
**Possibilité d'avoir un horaire hybride (3 jours au bureau, 2 jours à domicile)**
