As the Marketing Lead for Canada, you will lead and inspire a team that prides itself on being powered by the Explorer Spirit.
This role will support the company’s success in Canada by developing marketing strategies that are regionally attuned and community centric. To do so, you will partner closely with fellow marketing leaders across North America to ensure marketing vision alignment and execution, as well as Sales leaders in Canada to ensure cross-functional optimization.
**Your Mission**:
- Effectively craft unique, regionally specific ways to showcase On’s mission and purpose through Marketing initiatives by coaching and supporting a team across various disciplines.
- Develop and manage quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for On to reach new market segments and expand market share in partnership with cross-functional teams and across channels (DTC, B2B, own retail).
- Analyze and utilize data to assess progress, making critical decisions that lead to the development of process optimization and new programs.
- Effectively collaborate with global, regional and internal partners and departments to align Marketing efforts with company strategy and goals.
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with the Canadian Sales team to ensure Marketing strategies run parallel with field objectives.

- 5+ years of progressive experience within Marketing roles across various channels including Retail, PR, Events, Digital Marketing and B2B Marketing.
- Passion for exploring and building upon marketing best practices and trends.
- Talent to lead and inspire a fast-paced marketing team.
- Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to travel 20%-40% based on business needs.
- Lives in one of On’s key cities: Vancouver; Toronto; Montreal.
- Bonus: Conversational in French Language
