**What you'll do**
- Along with the Engineering Manager, holds the vision for the Developer Experience team and communicates this vision across the rest of the organization
- Build a technology roadmap in conjunction with Tech Leads and maintain the Product
- Backlog for the Developer Experience team
- Responsible for defining and prioritizing epics, tasks and acceptance criteria
- Build customer empathy and understanding. Facilitate user surveys and feedback sessions with other development teams (internal and external) to understand their needs, validate ideas and help shape the features roadmap
- Manage metrics and KPIs to support decision making
- Write documentation and how-to guides targeting end-users of our products, tools and services
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Run the agile process (hybrid scrum + kanban)
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Build and maintain a relationship with the stakeholders.

**What we're looking for**:

- Preferred: Experience as a software engineer or other relevant engineering background.
- Previous work experience as a Product Owner for at least 2 year(s)
- Empathy for the end-user
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Attention to detail
- Interest in the startup environment
- Humility
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
