Videri is seeking a Product Manager (PdM) to join our team. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with the software, systems engineering, and customer success teams to drive product delivery. The PdM will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements and collaborate on the enterprise roadmap. **This exciting opportunity will operate full-time on a hybrid or remote schedule depending on location.**

**What you'll do**:

- Develop & launch new products and features, test performance, and pivot quickly
- Work collaboratively with development teams on cutting edge technologies by defining business requirements and considering market & customer insights
- Create clear & comprehensive project plans & user stories that both engineering and business teams can quickly align on
- Be deliberate in prioritizing various business requirements with proper strategy & business value frameworks
- Be accountable for the implementation of product & user features to end customers
- Develop & implement UX/UI experience with appropriate guidance from stakeholders

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's degree in an analytical and/or technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3-5 years of engineering, product management or management consulting experience on technical and/or software products and businesses
- Spectacular written and verbal communications
- High degree of comfort collaborating with global teams across Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success
- Highly analytical and data-oriented
- Ideally, some experience or exposure to:

- Standard Scrum tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Design Thinking and UX concepts, as well as relevant tools like Figma
- Product and market research
- Coding and AWS cloud services
