**Job Title**: B2B and Digital Sales Support Representative

**What you will do**:

- E-Commerce Customer Sales and Support
- Provide support on Company’s B2B portal
- Onboard New Customers
- Create product listings online
- Ensure product validity daily
- Answer customer queries
- Support Marketing initiatives
- Co-ordinate with other department to ensure orders are shipped on time;
- Process Returns
- Maintain a mínimal backlog
- Provide excellent customer service.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1 - 2 year of similar work experience, preferably in a distribution company;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Excel;
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous;

- Ventes et assistance aux clients du commerce électronique
- Fournir une assistance sur le portail B2B de l'entreprise
- Intégrer de nouveaux clients
- Créer des listes de produits en ligne
- S'assurer quotidiennement de la validité des produits
- Répondre aux questions des clients
- Soutenir les initiatives de marketing
- Répondre aux appels et aux courriels des clients
- Assurer la coordination avec les autres départements pour garantir que les commandes sont expédiées à temps ;
- Traiter les retours
- Maintenir un carnet de commandes mínimal
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle similaire, de préférence dans une entreprise de distribution ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite/verbale) et en relations interpersonnelles ;
- Capacité d'organisation et de suivi démontrée ;
- Aptitude avérée à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide ;
- Capacité avérée à travailler en harmonie au sein d'une équipe ainsi que de manière autonome ;
