- **Calmerry**_ is a secure HIPAA-compliant online therapy platform. Our mission is to make quality therapy easily accessible to anyone who needs it. We created an easy-to-use online platform to connect clients with therapists licensed in their state. We help counselors support people on the way to their well-being through confidential text and video sessions.

**What are the requirements?**
- Proficiency in sales management with a focus on B2B sales, preferably in the Mental Health field, specifically working with products and targeting the USA market (3+ years)
- Sales Presentations: Experience in delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services effectively.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales opportunities
- CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive) to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Pipeline Management: Ability to effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the sales pipeline.
- Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products and the ability to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
- Closing Techniques: Proficiency in using different closing techniques to secure sales.
- Sales Analytics: Capability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Relationship Building: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

**What will you do?**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and market presence.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on market opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review within online platforms and conferences.
