We have grown a lot in the past year, and are looking for a highly motivated, confident and sales driven individual to join our team and help us grow further. This role is excellent for someone who can work well independently, and who has the persistence needed to handle the rejection that comes with the nature of this role.

**Responsibilities**

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients by acting as a trusted advisor and driving sales that are specific to the clients’ needs. A typical day (non-exhaustive list):

- Learn about the products and services we offer;
- Source leads through warm and cold prospecting;
- Promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective clients;
- Upselling and cross-selling;
- Follow up with clients and prospects throughout the entire sales process;
- Track all sales activities and prepare and present reports when needed to account managers.

**Must haves**
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is a must
- Minimum 2 years of closing sales experience (face-to-face or by phone);
- Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs and interests;
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening);
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of IT services is an asset
